BEAUTY | Sephora Blockbuster Palette Review!

http://www.theinsideoutbeauty.com/2013/04/sephora-blockbuster-palette-review.html

Hey My Inside-Out Beauties!

Can you believe the little Sephora Shopping Bag I'm holding on the photo above can turn into this gigantic palette with over 180 different colors and makeup products?!

This is the Sephora Blockbuster palette I got back in 2010.
For only $48 USD, I got a $435 USD value and almost anything you can need to do your makeup.
This product was LOVE at first sight!
Rather than a "Palette" this product is a makeup set or kit.

Let's have a look at what's INSIDE!

49 matte eyeshadows
http://bit.ly/Iu9JdZ70 lip glosses
1 mascara
6 cream/gel eyeliners
5 eyeliner pencils
3 blushes
49 shimmery eyeshadows

It is the perfect set for:

1♥  I haven't seen another set more suitable for travelling than this one!

http://bit.ly/Iu9JdZ2♥  Beginners & Teens!  If someone with absolutely no makeup items would ask me "What can I get to get started on makeup?" I would suggest this makeup set.

3Budget Beauty Shoppers!  This is the best value for money item I know.  And its price/quality ratio is very good too!

Any downsides?

In my humble opinion, the mascara and brushes are not super awesome.  I always take my Maybelline Express Mascara, my foundation and a couple of brushes with me together with this set.

Other than that, I really feel that I got even more than what I paid for!

You should know before you buy that...

Sephora launches a new Sephora Blockbuster Palette almost every year, and the one I've tried myself, the 2010 one, is probably hard if not impossible to find right now.

The closest I found a Special Edition for Breast Cancer Awareness.  Please, keep in mind I haven't tried this particular one!

Over the years, the only one I've seen that's perfect for Traveling purposes is this one.

All of them have something in common though: they are all expandable palettes or makeup kits, very attractive, filled with good quality makeup products, affordable price and eye-catching design!

I do have to say that the others I've seen (on pictures only!) look more suitable to be displayed on your vanity, rather than on the go use.

Here yo;u can have a look at how this product has evolved throughout the years (pictures from the Sephora Blog).

If I had the money (and a little more space) I would collect >these, just because they look so cute :)

Have you tried any of the above?

I hope to be able to make a couple of makeup look videos with it soon... so if you're interested stay tuned!

  1. I have the same one you've got and I love it, honestly the quality is really not bad, and it's especially surprising when you know the price, I've been using it since I got it, and it still has looooot's of shadows almost untouched !
