Welcome to another Food Friday!
I've noticed how much you like these posts where I share with you what I ate on a particular day. So I'm trying to post one once a week every week.
One would think that with so many food bloggers out there, there would be little or no interest in my food posts, but they have become fairly popular < to my surprise >.
So here's what I ate last Friday...
For breakfast I had black coffee and a mini bowl of vanilla yogurt with oats, almonds, raisins, coconut cubes, and dried bananas. This was a great way to start the day!
For lunch, I had a green salad with onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped sauteed chicken pieces, vinegar and olive oil.
Finally, for dinner I prepared sauteed hake with steamed potatoes and veggies.
