HOLIDAYS | DIY: EASY HOLIDAY DESSERT RECIPE !

Merry Xmas!

I was just thinking how much anticipation the Holidays bring along.
The presents, sharing with family, and of course... the food!

In my family, we celebrate Christmas eve with a generous dinner, and we all cook something to make this a delicious experience.

Last year, we prepared a German Apple Crumble.  This year, my husband and I prepared a Holiday dessert that was actually a recipe we tasted a few years ago at my sister in law's.

So today I wanted to share with you how to make this Layered Frozen Holiday Dessert !
Ok, I just made that up... but I think it could work :)

Here's the recipe!

Ingredients ( 15 servings )

- 250 grams of meringue
- 1 kilo of dulce de leche
- 1 kilo of Ice Cream
- 100 grams of strawberries
- 50 grams of blueberries
- 100 grams of cherries
- 100 grams of cranberries

Let's begin!

This is an amazing dessert, and extremely easy to do... you'll just love it!
As you can see in the picture above, you basically need to take a big bowl, and layer the ingredients listed, in the following order: (1) meringues (2) Dulce de Leche (3)  Ice Cream  (4) Fruits

See?  I told you it was SUPER easy ;)

Here's a quick video showing you exactly how we did it!
