Welcome to another What I Ate Wednesday!
As you know, on this is the section of my blog I share with you pictures of the food I ate all day yesterday.
So here are some pictures :)

For breakfast, I had black coffee and a spongy pudding with a Dulce de Leche heart.  Pudding is something rather unusual on my breakfast, but it was right there... calling me... and I caved!

Lunch was a little lighter. I had a fresh arugula salad with mozzarella cheese cubes and prosciutto.  As many of you know, in the southern hemisphere we're in summer right now, so you might be seeing a lot of salads in the next couple of months.

Although we can't do it every day, going out for coffee is one of my favorite things.  Lately I've been going to a Mc Café that's not so far away from home.  Do you have Mc Cafés too?  Yesterday I ordered this Cappuccino with Dulce de Leche.  It was so delicious!

For dinner, we prepared a crunchy grilled salmon with a few slices of fresh tomato.
I just looove salmon, don't you?

I went with cake for breakfast the other day, too! Had a stressful night, and I bake when I'm stressed, which led to the best breakfast ever the next day! I love these posts, your food is always presented so well and the pictures are gorgeous.
We have McCafés in Ireland, too, but only really in cities. I go every chance I get for a luxurious coffee which isn't too expensive. I'll definitely be trying dulce de leche soon :) x

  2. Thanks for all your kind words Catherine :) It means a lot to me that you like my posts! Your family must love that you bake when you're stressed! Looks like a yummy way to deal with it xx

  3. I'm in California - I haven't been in a coffee shop that had glad mugs in AGES. Starbucks doesn't, honestly even the independent coffee shops rarely use glass mugs here. It's so much more fun to drink a nice coffee in a real mug like that LOL.
