No matter the time of the day, sandwiches are practical, time savers, perfect on the go and you can get as creative as you want with bread types and fillings. Everyone, no matter the age, absolutely loves them. The crucial point is to keep them interesting at all times.
Welcome to Sandwich Saturday!!! Ok, I just came up with that one. But, since I totally skipped Food Friday yesterday, I thought I should make it up to you today :)
So, in the last 2 weeks or so, I've been having sandwiches quite frequently, and I thought it would be nice to share with you my 3 favorite sandwiches.

Sandwich #01: Egg Sandwich!
I basically made an egg on a frying pan, but I did not fry the egg, just added a little olive oil spray so that it wouldn't stick to the pan. Then toasted my favorite bread. I'm obsessed with this sandwich bread.
It's a whole wheat and sesame seeds variety, that already comes opened up to fill in with whatever you want. Add a cup of coffee and voila! You have a great breakfast there!
Sandwich #02: Avocado Sandwich!
Avocado is a fruit I'm crazy about. It's tasty, full of vitamins and if you're a vegetarian ( which I'm not ) you should know it's actually a great alternative to meat.
Besides from avocado and my fave wholewheat pita bread, this sandwich had mozzarella cheese, tomato, Philadelphia cream cheese and pepper. Loved it!
Sandwich #03: Smoked Salmon !
You may already have read many food posts of me saying how much I love salmon.
In salads, sushi, or sandwiches... I just can't help it! It tastes SO GOOOOOD!!! Doesn't it?
Again, I used the same wholewheat sesame seeds pita bread, arugula, Philadelphia cheese and, of course, smoked salmon!
