MAKEUP | FACE OF THE DAY !

http://www.theinsideoutbeauty.com/2013/08/makeup-face-of-day.html

Hi my Inside-Out Beauties!

Welcome to my first Face of The Day!

It seems like some of you truly enjoyed my NATURAL COLLEGE MAKEUP LOOK post, or so I was told on Twitter, so I thought I might start posting FOTDs too :)

This is a very easy Makeup Look that you can wear day or night.

If this looks like a makeup look you would wear too... keep reading and I'll show you the products I used to achieve it!

Step 1!   For today's Face of the Day, first thing I did was apply Rimmel's Stay Matte Foundation in 100 Ivory with a sponge, to even out my skin tone.

Step 2!   Next, I banished dark circles and discolorations, using Rimmel London's Match Perfection 2-in-1 Concealer & Highlighter in 010 Ivory.

Step 3!   I used Sorme Cosmetics Brow Style Kit to give my brows a fuller more defined look.  This kit is the easiest tool I've found, so far, to do this because it comes with everything I need to achieve a more professional result.

Step 4!  I applied Naked Palette's VIRGIN shade to highlight my upper lid, brow bone and inner corner of my eyes.  Next, I used Naked Palette's SIN shade on my crease, to give my eyes just a little more depth. I love both these shades because they make my eyes look so fresh and shimmery, yet very natural.

< By the way, if you'd like to learn more about NAKED PALETTE, checkout my review here >.

Step 5!  I drew a dramatic winged eye using Maybelline's Eye Definer Liquid Eyeliner in Black.  This is an amazing liquid eyeliner with a very precise aplicator that makes winged eyes SO MUCH EASIER to achieve!  ( Feel free to checkout my winged eye tutorial here ).  With this product drawing a longer wing is both just simple and quick!  And to think that only a couple of years ago, I would have thought these 2 qualities would be impossible for a cat eye look :)

Step 6! Next, I applied 2 coats of Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Mascara in Brown.  I just love this mascara, because it makes my eyelashes look longer and doesn't clump as much as other mascaras I've tried before.

Step 7!  On my cheeks I'm wearing Benefit Sugarbomb Box รณ Powder.  This product was a gift from my Mom, and I'm crazy about it's peachy shade! < She reads right through me! >

Step 8!  Next, I dabbed a few drops of  Benefit Highbeam to highlight my cheek bones.

Step 9! To complete this look, I applied Sephora Ultra Shine Lipgloss in 06 Fresh Peach Shimmery.

There you have it:  my first FOTD !
