This week I tried false eyelashes for the first time, so I wanted to share with you my experience.
I had only used individual fake lashes before, and in this case it was a full set by Salon Perfect.
I have to say I chose them specifically because the lash-line of these is trans-lucid, so I thought they would look more natural once applied. The other thing I liked about these was that I it had different lengths of lashes. Shorter and thinner ones alternated with longer and thicker ones. And then shorter ones in the inner corner to longer ones in the outer corner. That mix and distribution, in my opinion, are perfect to achieve a natural, glamorous and feminine look.
Here's a close-up picture... What do you think?
I was gladly surprised at how easy they were to apply, even though it was my first attempt.
Also, they were a lot more comfortable than I originally expected... but not as comfy as not having them on... To be 100% honest, after a couple of hours, I did start feeling the need to take them off, but I did NOT because I was in love with how great they looked on!
I'm very pleased with my new and only set of lashes and I anticipate purchasing a second set if I loose these :P I'm trying to be really careful with them, but I have lost many of my single lashes in the past.
If you're a regular user of false eyelashes, leave me a comment telling me how long does a set last on average? I'm really curious to know!
Remember to have FUN with makeup, but stay beautiful INSIDE too :)
