Here is another "Meal of the Day"!

It was actually really EASY!
Chicken was chopped and sauteed with olive oil and garlic.
Then we added chopped green peppers, and served with fresh and chopped tomatoes.
Sprinkled low fat cheese strings and sesame seeds on top to complete the flavor and presentation of this dish.
I know garlic is one of those ingredients that people either love or hate...
What do you think?
