Today I wanted to share with you what I had for lunch :)
I always find myself looking at this type of posts, so here's mine!
Love Chicken Caesar Salad, don't you?
So here's how I prepared this one!
♥ Grilled Chicken
♥ 2 types of lettuce (Romaine & Iceberg)
♥ As a Dressing, instead of the classic Caesar one, I used a mustard and low fat cream cheese mix .
Also, I chose not to include those delicious croutons this time, just to make it a little more low carb!
I just don't have time to burn those extra calories off today ;)
