MAKEUP | Naked Palette Tutorial: Day Look!

A makeup look that enhances your natural beauty is all about balance.
"Less is more" they say... right?  And I believe, this is especially true for Daytime looks!

Neutral shades play a very important part in achieving a nice natural glowy look. So, today I'm going to share with you a very easy tutorial for a quick everyday wear look using NAKED Palette.

This tutorial was requested by one of my Youtube subscribers, Kristy, after my review on NAKED Palette!

So let's jump right into the step by step notes & pictures to help you achieve this look using your NAKED Palette!

♥  Step 1
Start with Urban Decay's Primer Potion on.
Apply Naked Palette's "Toasted" to fill in your brows.

♥  Step 2
Use "Hustle" to line your eyes.  But ONLY on the outer corners of your upper and lover eye lines.  Then Extend the lower line and create a winged eye.

♥  Step 3
Connect the winged eye you created using "Hustle" with your crease.  Then apply Naked Palette's "Side Car" shade, on top of it, by dabbing it gently on top of your crease.

♥  Step 4
Apply "Virgin" on your brow bone, dab in gently on your upper lead, and use it also to create a highlightling line right below the winged eye (from the outer corner of you eye to the end of your brow).  You can also, apply it on the inner corner of your eyes, but I did not do it specifically on this tutorial.

♥  Step 5
Use Rimmel London's Exaggerate Waterproof Mascara in black, to line your upper water line.
To complete the look, apply a couple of coats of Maybelline's Colossal Volume Express Mascara in Brown.

Told you it was easy!

Here's the video I made on how I achieved this same look, so feel free to watch it, if you haven't already.

  1. Wow what a great tutorial! I really could do with someone like you at weekends to apply my make up - I just don't have the patience. I'd like to be a bit more adventurous with my eye make-up - love a smoky eye, but no clue how to do it!

Thanks for visiting my blog and liking my facebook - if you have a personal facebook account it would be great to like it from there too so it shows in my likes. Aiming to get to 60. Thank you

    1. Hi Colleen! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post! I'm so happy you liked it! I'm not a makeup artist, just a makeup lover... But I'm flattered! <3 I don't have a facebook personal account for my blog yet, I opened a fan page, before I realized its limitations :-/ But if you like my fan page, I'll make sure to share one of your posts or your FB page on Twitter, in case anyone wants to like it! How does that sound?
